Since Shane McGregor won the Tour of the Sanreizan sprint classification, some doubts have crept into if the team strategy is still competitive for division 6. The only results we have managed as a team were 2 recent 5th places.
Most of our results are simply not competitive, often finishing races in the back half of the top 20, and sometimes worse. After the tour win, SP recruited 2 older but experienced sprint talents, in a bid to remain competitive whilst a training regime was established. So far, Fred De Schutter has managed 2 5th places, which whilst not as positive has the great start to the season, it is a possibility to find training mostly through prize money.
Frankly, the team was never going to keep the winning streak going as long as it did, and as long as the top 10 results can be a little more regular than they have been, training young talents should eventually help the team be more competitive.

Persistence and a good plan will get you up the ranks.
It's always hard to compete in the divisions you end up in after the first lower division win streak. But you will get there eventually, just keep steadily improving. :)
